Theatre-Objects, in cardboard, wood and plexiglas from the sixties to early 2000
Non-transparent works from the sixties to the early 2000
Non-transparent works from the sixties to the early 2000 The largest group of works below measure approx.20 x 12 cm and 3 cm deep –using the slight space between the plexi cover and cardboard surface behind to create a suffocating minimal space for the tv figures to come to a life- different from the tv– each photo eing a photo of a tv screen.. The second set consists of larger wooden Object Theatres, the same group as seen above in the meeting with the Museion restorers–showing their collection. Cage of Desire is one of a series not shown here all made with tropical materials from Central America. The plexi boxes, illuminated within, are another series from early 2000.
